The Clarksville-Montgomery County Corporate Business Park is located off of Interstate 24 Exit 8 and Exit 4. Over 800 acres are available for development, including properties with frontage on Interstate 24.
In addition to the Corporate Business Park property, the Industrial Development Board recently sold the TVA-certified megasite, Commerce Park, to Dow Corning & Hemlock Semiconductor Corporation.
